Celebrating Progress!

The Meadows Development has reached a significant milestone with the completion of phase one at the end of August. To mark this achievement, we hosted a Completion Party, bringing together new neighbors, families, and friends from across the community to celebrate the progress and share in the excitement for what’s to come.

The event was a chance to acknowledge the progress made and share the excitement for what’s to come. With a fantastic turnout, it provided an opportunity to showcase the vision of The Meadows and what residents can look forward to as the community continues to expand.

Our President and Founder of Edgewater Group, Kris Bergstrom, shared his thoughts: “It's a fantastic feeling to have the privilege to lead a team of dedicated professionals that came together to create this amazing complex. What you cannot see is the community spirit that has grown amongst our buyers. This is even more satisfying as it was the goal from the very beginning, and we are so pleased with the outcome. 

We look forward to expanding on the success of phase one with phase two under construction, which will only add to the amazing amenities that are currently offered here. We are excited to announce that we have introduced three new models to our offering in phase two, and we look forward to sharing more details with you on this exciting addition.”

Phase two will introduce even more stunning homes and community spaces, including a clubhouse, games room, expansive curved pool designed for privacy, and a pickleball court. These additions will enhance the community experience, offering residents even more opportunities to connect and enjoy shared amenities.
