Site Progress - We have a lake!

We are thrilled to share with you the news from the site…

Kris from Edgewater Development gave us an update from the job site:

We have completed the Lake Excavation, and have begun to dig the pool for phase one.

We will be doing some earth work on site to create some of the construction office and worker areas in preparation for the general construction.

We are also pleased to share that we have now received the final structural drawings and a new completed storm water management plan with the site levels that will provide us with the details for filling.

Our surveyors have staked out the buildings and the roadways for for phase one and we are working to get power and water to the site for construction activities. 

There is lots happening on site and soon we will break ground on the actual buildings!
